Core Gameplay: Unique "Dual-Purpose Cards" Mechanism
The most interesting feature of this game is the "Dual-Purpose Cards." Every single card contains two types of information at the same time: a "Number" and an "Item Type (Color)."
- Round Objective: Each round begins by flipping over a card to determine the cat's "Ideal Distance Number" (the target score) for that day.
- Playing Cards (Market Influence): Players take turns playing their cards underneath the item cards on the table. At this stage, only the numbers on the cards matter, which add to the item's total attraction power to the cat.
- Holding Cards (Final Scoring): Scoring begins once the slots under every item card are completely filled. Players will now look at the item types (colors) of the cards left in their hands. You multiply your hand cards by the total attraction power accumulated under that specific color on the table. The final score is your "Distance to the Cat."
- Key to Victory: Players must try to get their final score as close to the cat's target score as possible without going over! If everyone goes over the target, the player closest to the cat wins. The first player to successfully attract the cat 3 times wins the game.
