How to Play:
The game lasts for 14 rounds of training (representing the two weeks).
Each round, players play one card from their hand.
Cards played on odd rounds are placed face-up.
Cards played on even rounds are placed face-down.
After playing a card each round, players pass their remaining hand to the next player.
Once all cards have been played, the player with the highest score wins. But beware: the player who trained legs the least will instantly lose the game!
