How to Play Nertz

1. Each player gets one deck of cards and sets up a solitaire-style layout.
2. Place a Nertz pile of 13 cards face-down, with the top card face-up.
3. Players race to play cards into shared foundation piles in the center, starting with Aces and building up by suit.
4. Continue playing from your tableau and Nertz pile as fast as possible.
5. First player to empty their Nertz pile shouts “Nertz!” and ends the round.
6. Score points based on cards played in the center piles and remaining cards in your Nertz pile.
