Shipping:

Shipping cost is paid by the customer (free shipping for local orders over $500)
In-stock products will be shipped out immediately
Pre-ordered products will be delivered within 2-4 weeks

Self-Pickup Policy:

Only available at the K11 Art Mall store.
Customers can pick up their orders 1-2 working days after confirmation of order
An email with order confirmation details will be sent to customers before pickup
Customers must present the order confirmation email to receive their order
Orders must be picked up within 3 months of placement, otherwise the order will be invalid and no refund will be provided.
