"Bro, there are only two weeks left until the bodybuilding competition! Time to get serious and get absolutely shredded! To become a true gym bro, you've got to dig deep, train hard, and pack on that muscle. But no matter what your workout split looks like, whatever you do, never skip leg day. Trust me, bro—an upper body built like King Kong might catch the judges' eyes, but nobody is going to admire chicken legs!"

The game lasts for a total of 14 workout rounds (representing two weeks). Each round, you play one card from your hand. Cards played on odd-numbered rounds are placed face-up, while cards played on even-numbered rounds are placed face-down. After playing a card each time, you pass your remaining hand to the next player. Once all cards have been played, the player with the highest score wins.

But watch out: the player who trained their legs the least will instantly lose the game!!!
