Yan Cheung is a Hong Kong-based graphic designer who has worked in Japan. Her design work spans a wide range, including branding, visual identity, packaging design, editorial design, motion graphics, product design, and illustration etc.
She is passionate about art and lifestyle, and hopes to collaborate with innovative people and companies to enhance and create new value.

She is delighted to have been invited by Gabangel to create illustrations for playing cards. She cleverly combined the visual of playing cards and tarot cards to create a unique deck called Pokelaro. The name Pokelaro not only represents Poker and Tarot but also implies "Pocket," signifying a tarot deck that is easy to carry and use anywhere. The design features vibrant colors and employs vintage printing techniques to present the historic significance of both playing and tarot cards in a fresh way.
